Vikings Valhalla

We are far from the poetic mysticism of Vikings.

This series, now in its second season, lacks the intensity of feeling, the passion of the series from which it derives.

It is a more linear narrative, it does not delve much into the characters but merely follows their events.

Better the first season, in the second the lack of depth of the exploits is even more pronounced.

What lifts the series is the depiction of the battles, the chaos, brutality, madness, carnage and psychological strategy take us back to the world of the Vikings.

Vikings Valhalla thanks to this can be said to be a good product, but the regret remains that it could have been something more.
