Severance

Severance is a dystopian thriller.

It certainly bears similarities to the groundbreaking Black Mirror series.

It is a thought-provoking series, about the possible future that awaits us, about the desire to want to live an accommodating life in order to escape from the fears, discouragements, and incapacity of an increasingly apathetic and controlled life.

It has a very slow pace, for those who do not like the genre, and there is a strong temptation to want to see something else, but it all makes sense.

There are many small puzzles put here and there that each protagonist will collect to try to understand what lies beyond the door, what they really do.

I recommend seeing it for the quality of the images, the extraordinary cast, and the many questions it leads us to ask ourselves.
