Despite the super cast and Samuel L. Jackson, the series is very weak.
There is little tension, little suspense and the tone is very dark.
So far we have only seen the first two episodes but, honestly, even though Marvel has accustomed us to series dedicated to its characters, this one about Nick Fury could have been done without.
This character works when the team he has created, the Avengers, is around him, with him dictating pace and timing, so it‘s just boring.
Maybe die-hard fans will have something to say but, honestly, this interlude about Nick Fury could have been inserted in some flashback in a future film. To me it would have made more sense and been much more interesting.
