Resident Evil

I expected much more from this series.

I would have expected a much darker setting, graphics and scenes.

In other words, something similar to the fabulous The Dark.

There are very few twists and turns, everything is very linear, predictable and above all very fast.

The zombies themselves go too fast for how we have always imagined them.

Speed is the problem with this series.

There is no lack of ideas, maybe even too many, but they should have been approached much more slowly, giving some suspense and theatricality.

The performance of all the actors is good, even if at times we see them engaged in scenes that could easily have been done without.

However, everything is remediable because the series is not to be trashed.

The cast is as good as said, the ideas are not lacking, but everything needs to be recorded better.

We await news on the future of the series.
