The image young people gave was one of anger, of indifference, of feeling free.
Challenging society, especially in this case British society, branded as antiquated.
In this context, the Sex Pistols‘ album, ‘Never Mind The Bollocks‘, was released in the autumn of 1977 and was an incredible success.
In my humble opinion, the real success of the Sex Pistols is that they brought thousands of young people to play for fun. They created a new way of understanding music, music for everyone.
