Dark Matter the new album.
I am a big Pearl Jam fan and it is always difficult for me to be objective.
I expected a lot from the new album but the good old days are gone.
The album is definitely better than the previous three which I would remove from the discography, but it lacks uniqueness, anger, strength.
It certainly remains a good work given the times but it gives and brings nothing new to the cause.
Pearl Jam are still Pearl Jam and surely live they will be able to give a different feel to the new songs and maybe we will understand them better but they will certainly never be part of the songs that made the history of this band.
I don't want to end on a negative note, give it a listen, maybe the new generation will like it.
I put on "Ten" just to reconcile.
