Soul, rock, rhythm and blues are skilfully mixed, Lenny draws from the past and blends it all into a more current form.
Although this album does not add anything new to his playlist of hits Kravitz remains a great artist, much to the detractors' chagrin.
And let's face it, he wears his newly turned 60 years divinely.
