It doesn‘t scream masterpiece, but in the current context it gives a nice kick start to the new musical year.
Everything is well conceived, from start to finish each track is an enjoyable listen.
It is a no-frills Iggy Pop, with plenty of energy and a vocal timbre that is always on point without ever waning.
The lyrics are direct, like his style.
